Well-Being

1. Many things in life are beyond our control but you do have influence over your physical well-being through your activities, what you choose to eat and the understanding you have about your own body. My physical well-being is an 8. My spiritual well-being is a 6. My psychological well-being is a 7. The reason my spiritual and psychological well-being are so low is because I need to find peace from within like I used to do. I used to enjoy reading Buddhist books. These people are so calm, and have an inner peace like nothing I have ever experienced.
2. My physical goal is 1 more hour of exercise weekly. My spiritual goal is to learn how to find peace within. My psychological well-being goal is to grow more, learn how to have positive relations with others, and have more self-acceptance. I will try to practice these daily.
3. Meditation can help me feel more at peace with my self. I will also exercise more to get a healthier mind set.
4. Crime of the Century relaxation exercise was pretty deep. My experience with this exercise was pretty positive although my daughter kept bugging me so it was a little hard to concentrate. It did help me relax after a long stressful day. The beam of orange light did help me to feel centered.

I agree with you about the orange beam of light and been centered. This relaxation exercise was comforting and provided another means for myself to get away and let the stresses of life and the day melt away.

I also need to work on my physical, spiritual, psychological well-being. This is my focus and I will not stop until it is accomplished.
