This exercise was wonderful. It has been such a long time since I just put my feet up and relaxed. I was so relaxed that I almost fell asleep. ha!ha! I will use this exercise again at the end of a stressful day to help me "chill." I look forward to learning about new ways to free my mind and body.
Yes I agree that it was a wonderful Journey that really helped me relax. I think I did fall asleep for a moment or two. It really did help me to refocus when I went back to my school work.
