Unit 8

One of the exercises that I like the most is the one from this unit A Taste of Human Flourishing. I can implement this exercise into my life by using this visualization exercise to feel happy and joyful. I will use it to bring happiness into my life. The second exercise I like is Universal Loving Kindness. By using this exercise, my capacity for empathic listening, seeing, and caring for others will increase.

  1. The taste of human flourishing is a great way to see yourself as whole. Aren't we what we think we are? If we could keep this thought with us and truly believe that this is possible, we could not only develop and flourish ourselves, but what joy and wellness we could send out to others. Love makes the world go round and its one merry go round I'd like to ride.
